Makeup dates: Saturday, Nov. 22nd and Sunday, Nov. 23rd

These dates will be used for rain outs, determined by CTP management. If not needed, they will be opened for more bookings. Make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter for those updates!

2025 Session Rates

• Weekday Rates: $40 for 1 hour, $80 for 2 hours, or $120 for a half day.

• Weekend Rates: $175 for a half day (4 hours) or $275 for a full day.

• Half-Day Slots are from 8 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm.

Booking and Payment Guidelines

• All session bookings and initial payment will be handled through our website on a first come, first served basis.

• Payments are credit/debit card only.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, though full payment is accepted.

• Remaining balances are due 24hrs prior to photo shoot in order to hold your booking time.

• Invoice and reminders for remaining balance will be sent to contact info submitted at initial booking.

• Deposits are not transferable to other booking dates, and deposits will not be refunded for cancelled bookings.

Guidelines During Shoot

• Only four photographers at a time will be allowed on site during most of our prime bookable hours, allowing you the freedom to get the shots you want.

• You may bring props and can set up when you arrive. This is on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Absolutely no driving in the tree fields is permitted. Please park along the driveways.

• Pets are allowed, but must be on leash and under the pet owner’s control. We ask pet owners to clean up any related messes.
